The electricity being turned over like that may make the AC into DC, the ice caps melt, and more or less equate to dividing by zero. With the global risk of having a product like this being sold 180 degrees from its intended position... well, maybe it'll be better used in 2012.

What do you do if you have a problem? Ship it back to China? Good luck -- so no, that's not a reasonable comparison. In addition, do you work at a company where other companies can walk into your customer meetings and promote to them? Or walk into your store and grab your cusotmers? Uh, probably not. You can say a price is good/not good but we will determine when it oversteps the bounds. You'll see that virtually every other deal site who even has commments just picks the best ones - we let 99% go but this is our livelihood -- you can buy a deal site and allow it if you choose. We're more than fair but we do have a line.

If the other sites are so bad, then why do you feel a need to censor the comments. Let the customer make that choice. Secondly, if you're going to have a "Discuss This Yug" area, then it should not be censored for other than profanity. Just my opinion. By continuing to censor comments you are just going to turn off customers who check your site daily. Let's face it, sometimes your posted prices aren't very good bargains when a quick search turns up 5 reputable sites with a better price.

Before an item is posted we scour the internet and are aware of every reputable price and equal comparison -- nothing gets featured unless our deal is best. If we ever miss one we've come back and both cut our price, even if below cost, and even credited everyone if they paid more that same day. Next, I'm being honest with you - we are not going to allow this to become a billboard for other companies to get promoted. Somehow I doubt wherever you work you invite your competition in to sell to your customers. Just because this is the internet doesn't mean we have to do the same. We do let 99% of the comments go through including ones critical as long as they are accurate. So no, buying something out of China vs. out of the US is not an equal compare and will be removed. If a customer does not see us as being very fair than there's not much else we can do.

In fact, most times nothing useful is listed that matches the product to compare with. So I guess the "Compare Our Price" must actually be a sham. I posted it to help others, not promote some other site. If you don't really want us to compare prices with other sites please remove the "Compare Our Prices". As for problems, I have had mine here, but not there. Thank You.

But before we just assume it's a sham/scam/spam or whatever understand that it's a feed provided by Price Grabber - a very reputable comparison site. However, it's not perfect - generic items in particular is sometimes going to be a stretch for them to have matches so it just tries to find something similar. Agreed it is not perfect by any means and we have been looking at some other solutions/technology that we think might even be better. Just understand there is no vast conspiracy here. We're extremely ethical, we work all hours of the day and night to run this site, and let's all be honest - this isn't a profit margin machine right? After all, you all want the prices to be $0 :) which I understand and we want to cover our expenses and leave a little leftover for some profit for the time. I say compare away, always. Buy it somewhere else if you feel it's a better offer - by all means. I'd respect that and understand. I just think you'll rarely find that to be the case and stand behind that 100%. No sham/scam/spam.

I'm going to buy it from you because I know you guys are great with returns and have reliable shipping. I trust do your product fufillment and service dept. I just don't think the censoring is right. Again, it's just my opinion. I will still buy lots of stuff here.

I can also understand the frustrations of the other posters too regarding their comments being removed. However, if it is NOT comparing apples to apples (like from the USA or from China) then it really isn't an accurate comparison. (Because MOST, not all, but MOST things coming from China can take quite a long time to get to you, and returns are a really big hassle). I agree with both regarding the 'compare our price' tab.. it IS DONE by a third party PROGRAM, and can only work so well. It is NOT a 'scam' as some called it, as I have used the tab MANY times. At a minimum I have gotten at least some very good starting points for me to compare the prices from. Yes, I might have had to 'dig' a little further sometimes to make sure I would be getting the best price, but many times I didn't have to, and did find that Yugster had the best price on the item even after all my searching. As far as their customer service goes, I have had different issues over the time that I have been dealing with Yugster, and I must say that at least in my experience, Yugster has always been extremely great in their customer service, and making sure I was happy. They handle everything very quickly, and will do whatever they can that is fair to both you as a customer, and for them as a business in order to make you happy. Cheryl in customer service is always helpful, and polite, and I SERIOUSLY DOUBT that you'd get that kind of service if you were dealing with some company over in China if you ever had a problem. Bottom line I guess is that Yugster IS a decent company, and NOT a scam, and if you don't like the way they run their business, then by all means go shop with them in China. :-) Happy holidays!

I mean, how much can you run at one time before there's a problem? There's got to be some kind of limit. Or do these kinds of gadgets take so little power that it's not a problem?

Especially if you are using it while your driving and your car is running. Because the electricity for your vehicle and it's accessories is generated by your vehicle's altenator (sic?) while the vehicle's motor is running (or what some people still refer to as 'the generator' since that is what used to be on vehicles several decades ago). Other than that, naturally if you do NOT have your vehicle running and are using 3 additional items, your vehicle's battery WILL run down, and it will be a bit quicker than if you just had the radio playing. That all just depends on what you have plugged up, how much energy it takes to run, and be used, as well as how large, and strong your battery is to begin with. However, in a nutshell, these are extremely useful items. We have one for each of our vehicles, and use them for the GPS, Radar Detector, and Cell Phone chargers. We also use them for portable DVD players, and laptops. We have NOT EVER had any kind of issue or problem with them in the past. In fact, I have even ordered an additional 2 of these specific items thru Yugster during this offering so that we have a couple 'spares' in case we ever might 'need' them. Hope this helps. PS.
