The unit was slower than christmas and locked up about 10 times before it finally locked up on the shutdown mode. Their Tech Service was a complete joke and told me to let the battery die on the unit and try again. So, 4 hours later it died and I plugged it back in the next morning to find it trying to shut down again. Completely worthless!
