kdp360 Joined on 9/15/2009 Posts: 1		I bought 2 of these. They definitely are convenient, but they produce some sort of white noise. Its really annoying to listen too. At first I used it on an iPod with a traditional hardrive and the one with solid-state and it made no different. It sounds like you are using an FM transmitter to convert the signal. I still use it as a charger and a controller, but I just use a standard audio cable coming out of the headphone jack.

YUG Team MasterYug Joined on 6/7/2006 Posts: 1920		I actually hooked this up in my wife's car - she had the AUX input but no control of the ipod beyond it flyiny all over the place not to mention it's dangerous to be messing with it while driving. Works really nice - she has steering wheel control now and can leave the ipod in the center console. Was very easy to set-up overall

pfriedel Joined on 8/27/2008 Posts: 1		Same here, it's just a AVRCP device, not the iPhone specific one that was listed. Bad choice, yugster, as this pretty much won't work with iPhones. I suspect the bluetooth audio streaming will work, but I already have that with my stereo, I was mainly interested in it for the remote, which won't work with iPhones. Ugh.
