Why is this the same product as yesterday?
Yugsters ask the best questions ... but they don't always read. Below the Daily Offer is the time remaining, a quick look at your clock and a global time table will tell you that Yugster updates its products at 6AM EST.

What is the Sneak Preview Offer?
This is tomorrow’s offer to the general public, but you get first shot at it if you are a registered Yugster. An item may sell out before tomorrow, so don’t procrastinate. They are Yours Until Gone!

What’s the deal with the Yours Until Gone tab?
The items found on this tab are available to the general public and are typically limited in quantity. You may have seen them before on Yugster or they could be something completely new. Either way, get one (or two) before they’re gone. You never know if it will be out there for a couple hours or a couple days.

Are all these deals new?
Yes they are all new and many of them still have manufacturer warranties on them. Well that isn't 100% true. Yugster does offer refurbished items from time to time. If we are offering a refurbished item that day, we will let you know ahead of time, but in general everything is brand spanking new.

Where do you find such cool products for your hot daily deals?
A fine question but you will have to address that to MasterYug, our fearless leader. Unfortunately, MasterYug is off on one of his deal safaris in some far off land so he can't answer you right now. I will let him know your question and he will get back to you shortly.

Can I purchase gift cards for Yugster.com?
Yes, just click the Gift Cards graphic on our website or click here. Once purchased, your virtual gift card details will be emailed to you within minutes. You can then either activate the gift card in your own Yugster account or you can give the gift of Yugster and forward the email to someone else.

What is a YugOver?
On occasion we have just a few leftover items from a previous day. When that happens, we put them on YugOver. Look for the YugOvers at the bottom of Yugster.com.

Can I see my order history online?
Yes, simply log into your Yugster account and click on the your account link found near the top middle of the page. This is where you will be able to find all of your account information, including your order history.

I forgot my user name and/or password. What do I do?
Click on the Forgot My Info link at the top of the page. Just enter your registered email address and we’ll send you your login information.

I would like to change my user name and/or password. How do I do that?
Once signed in, click on the your account link at the top middle of the page. Then click on the “About you” tab. This is where you can update your user/Yugster name and password. You can also update your name, address and phone number. This information will pre-populate when placing an order, saving you time during the checkout process.

How do I change my email address?
Once signed in, click on the your account link at the top middle of the page. Then click on the “About you” tab. This is where you can update your email address. You can also update your name, address and phone number. This information will pre-populate when placing an order, saving you time during the checkout process.

What is a Daily Yiggle?
Come on, do we have to explain everything? Just read it, laugh, and move on. Sure you can submit your own Yiggle ... you don't get anything for it but what the heck, submit one and we may use it.

What is a YugDown?
It is our way to empty out our warehouse while filling up our bank account. When you see the orange banner on the top of Yugster, a YugDown is under way. We dramatically drop our prices for a short period of time (usually a day or two, we have a big warehouse). So instead of a daily deal, we keep listing products at stupidly low prices and once they are gone we move on to the next. Don't worry, tomorrow we are back to daily deals.

I posted a comment, what happened to it?
Yugster does not edit comments unless we feel you are self-promoting a website or making overly negative or threatening comments. Continuing to do so will cause MasterYug to get very angry.

Why don't you use eBay for price comparisons?
When you buy from Yugster or the sites that we use for comparisons, you are generally buying from a company that has policies related to shipping, returns and customer satisfaction. When you buy on eBay, you are generally buying from an individual that may not maintain these policies and may not stand behind the product. We compare our prices to comparable products and services.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For credit card payments, please note that we do require that the provided billing information be a 100% match with the information on file with your credit card company.

Where and how do you ship, and how quickly?
Yugster ships to all 50 states in the U.S. plus the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, including not to Canada or Mexico. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O. Boxes. There is a $10 surcharge added to all orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, regardless of the weight or the value of the order. Also, any orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii that weigh in excess of 3 lbs. are subject to cancellation/refund due to the extra shipping costs associated with those shipments. We realize that this is not the perfect solution for our Yugster customers in Alaska and Hawaii, but we are doing the best we can within our system to support your valued business.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on the order value and/or the weight.

We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days, but occasionally it may take 1-2 days longer depending on order volume. Please be patient. We promise to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Can I return an item that is defective right out of the box?
While we all would prefer that products always work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We're very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don't work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there's nothing you or Yugster could have done to prevent it. If the product that you purchased is defective and there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty specifics, including contact information, are typically found in the packaging. If you can't find it or if the warranty is through Yugster and not the manufacturer, we'll be happy to provide you with the necessary information. If your item is covered by a manufacturer warranty but you choose not to go through the manufacturer for support and return the product to us instead, a 20% restocking fee will apply. We also do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us. Lastly, returns are only allowed if your request is received by Yugster within 21 calendar days from your order ship date and all returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by Yugster within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. After that or if not complete, all bets are off and it's yours. To request warranty information or to request a return for a defective item, click on the Contact Us link at the top of this page. We will typically respond to your request within one business day, but usually much quicker.

I changed my mind…can I return an item that is not defective?
We may approve a return for a non-defective item, unless otherwise noted on the product page (mystery boxes and surprise bundles are not returnable or refundable). However, there are some restrictions. The product can NOT be opened. If you decide to return an opened product, there is a 20% restocking fee. We also do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.
