My order was declined but you have charged my credit card. Why is that?
If your order was declined for any reason, we did not actually charge your credit card or receive payment.
Your credit card company will reserve the order amount on your account, but payment is not transmitted to us unless
the order is approved. That reserved amount will usually drop off of your credit card account automatically after
1-3 business days. Please contact your credit card company for more details.
Why was my order declined?
The most likely cause is that the bill-to information that you provided us was not a 100% match to the billing
address on your credit card statement. We require an exact match. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may
have caused.
I’m not sure if my order went through or not. Can I check my order history online?
Yes, simply log into your Yugster account and click on the your account link found near
the top middle of the page. This is where you will be able to find all of your account information, including your
order history.
When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship most orders within 3 business days. You will be sent a ship confirmation email that
includes a tracking or reference number once it does ship.
My order shipped via USPS but when I check the status online the status only shows: Electronic Shipping
Info Received. Did my order really ship?
Yes, the status will typically only change once the package has been delivered. The USPS reference number is
not a true tracking number that provides an estimated delivery date.
My order has shipped via USPS First Class. When will I receive it?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your first class orders to be delivered.
